About Cassandra

For over 20 years, Personal Development Specialist, Cassandra Bensch has been an Educator, Minister, Life Coach, Student Success Coach, Speaker, and Entrepreneur who has consistently helped people feel better in their lives by creating positive mindsets, discovering purpose, and teaching how to live in happiness. 

She has helped many individuals and groups improve their lives personally, emotionally, mentally, academically, professionally, and spiritually.

 Cassandra brings wisdom and compassion as she inspires and motivates while teaching

techniques to help each client achieve their goals. She also helps her clients overcome personal obstacles and struggles through her intuition and empathy, meaningful conversations, and connecting with each person on a deeper level without judgement.  

 Cassandra draws on her academic training in Psychology, Sociology, Higher Education, Counseling, and Life Coaching; life's experiences; and years of coaching and ministering as an Assistant Pastor of Pastoral Care.

She is an experienced and qualified professional who serves as a coach, adviser, and minister to a diverse list of clients. She works hard to teach her clients how to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.   

 Her passion includes stress management, time management, and setting healthy boundaries to assist her clients in reducing their stress, increase their productivity, and achieve their goals.

She is also passionate about career/life planning, study strategies, and student advising for junior high, high school, and college students to be successful in and out side of of the classroom.
